Security & Data Protection
How PIXDF protects document confidentiality through temporary processing sandboxes, strict storage isolation, and automatic file clearing.
TLS 1.3 Encryption
All document transfers are encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 cryptographic suites with strict HTTP transport security headers.
Temporary Job Sandboxes
Documents are processed in isolated temporary workspaces with randomized, unguessable identifiers. User files never enter permanent media libraries or long-term storage.
Permanent File Deletion
We do not retain backup archives of customer documents. Uploaded originals, converted outputs, and intermediate raster tiles are permanently deleted.
10-Minute Deletion Window
Processed documents remain available for 10 minutes so you can download again if your connection drops. Unclaimed uploads expire within 60 minutes, or you can click delete immediately.
Temporary File Lifecycle
Every document follows an ephemeral lifecycle from initial upload through automated removal.
Temporary sandbox created with unique random token.
Conversion or editing performed in memory.
10-minute download grace window begins.
Input, output, and intermediate files permanently cleared.
